I haven't managed to successfully join a new social media platform since I got into my twenties. I tried Snapchat and didn't understand it at all, now I'm trying TikTok and I'm hella confused. Is this what old people feel like?

I pretty much had IRC, and then moved to Twitter and Discord, and that's about it. I technically have Instagram and FB accounts, but really only use those for viewing posts from other people I know. I don't really do platforms focused on images/video at all.

Ditto, though I still have IRC for a lot of things including work, and I'm forced to use Zulip for some of my F/LOSS work. Yes @Ellpeck this is a sign of getting old. I *still* struggle with making Facebook be in date order every time I get back to my main timeline.
