Android 10 and 11 don't have a single place in settings to clear all app caches at once. @d4rken SD Maid has an App Cleaner that uses Accessibility to clear each app. It's a beautiful thing & saved me 4.5GB. Well worth supporting an OSS project with ยฃ3. sdmaid.darken.eu/
