I replied that I phoned MULTIPLE times yesterday. Yet again I was told "OK will arrange it and call you back". Not holding my breath.

@jogbert Call them up tomorrow and say "I'm cancelling the upgrade order because we've planned to upgrade to 'not Oracle' due to the wait"
