I wonder if there are any @Tailscale users using FreeBSD machines who don't let sshd bind to :: or 0.0.0.0, who have solved the problem of sshd ignoring ListenAddress for the Tailscale address at boot as the interface isn't up yet.

Not natively; and actually sshd needs a full restart to rebind. I could just hack the tailscaled startup script to restart sshd...
