I remember deliberately going out to the airport *just* to ride the maglev. What a day out that was.

Fun fact! Birmingham Airport was home to the first commercial Maglev transport system in the world. Everyone looks very pleased about it, don't they

Something from the beforetimes when humans were permitted to come into contact with one another non-virtually. It sounds abhorrent these days, but it used to be a thing. I am a product of my time :(
