Rib roast is done and resting. Since it’s a reverse sear I’ll sear it just before we eat so don’t yell at me for the lack of color. It’ll get there :). Also trying Yorkshire pudding for the first time ever. And broccoli bake is a favorite around here. Those are oven shots sorry

Yorkshire pudding is done. Never made it before. Guess we’ll see! Mushrooms are cooking. About to put the rib roast back in the oven to sear.
