Rib roast is done and resting. Since itβs a reverse sear Iβll sear it just before we eat so donβt yell at me for the lack of color. Itβll get there :).
Also trying Yorkshire pudding for the first time ever. And broccoli bake is a favorite around here. Those are oven shots sorry
