I believe this is a reformatting of that paper's data, from greencarcongress.com/2016/04… -- exhaust is only a small proportion of large-size particulate emissions from modern vehicles

no combustion means no exhaust emissions, and regen means ~no brake wear, but tire wear, road wear, and resuspension of existing road dust remain, and increase due to the greater vehicle weight

I'd be interested in knowing if low-rolling-resistance tyres (often used in EVs) improve or worsen that aspect.
