Back in the pool today. My 1km time was 22 minutes, which is Not Very Goodβ’.

Given Iβve had some 6 months of not being able to swim at all, I suppose itβs not so bad. I should be at about 18 minutes for 1km and ~30 mins for a mile. Not likely to get back to a mile for a week/10 days.

You'll get back to it. At my best I was barely 40m/mi.
