Features I wish Twitter (or @tweetbot) had: the ability to follow replies to individual tweets. Sometimes someone starts an interesting discussion and there's no good way to follow it.

Perhaps. I need to re-look at Twitter's API and see just how much they fucked it up. I previously wrote a little CLI app that let me follow my own timeline but that used the old streaming API which went away.
