I don't know what is more appalling, @FitbitSupport or @fitbit products. When I manage to get a refund for my Charge 3 I need to find a new fitness tracker. What should I use? @GarminUK ? I do care about customer support as well as product quality

I have, and use garmin stuff. But their sleep tracking has been failing me recently, so not sure I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Fitbit is not great at sleep tracking either. Better than xiaomi though ๐Ÿ˜… I may not bee that picky in terms of capabilities, as long as I can record easily runs and walks, preferably other general exercises like cardio or hiit or bodyweight...

something designed for women (i.e. not massive). And with good integration with @Strava (which Fitbit is not great at anyway)

I think the garmin range may have something suitable for you (e.g. the vivoactive 4s perhaps). My Forerunner 945 (pricey, large) is great for the walks, runs, strength sessions, yoga, etc. that I do. And Garmin has good Strava integration.

I have been looking a lot at VA4S, looks what I'm looking for, but idk if FR645Music may be better. Running is not my main sport, VA4S is better size (important), but FR is cheaper atm. Do you know how good they are at auto track? Do they do auto cycling?

to my knowledge they don't do auto support very well. I always tell mine what I'm up to because of that. Also that gives it time to connect to my various sensors

Hmmmm, ok thanks. It's quite important to me because I commute by bike and use my bike a lot to move around, and it'd be a pain to have to record it every time. I will research more ๐Ÿค“, thanks!!!
