Has any cat ever in the history of the world jumped into a hot tub? Because I think my cat is the first. After realizing his mistake, he clawed his way out and proceeded to run through the house like a madman, spewing water everywhere.

Earlier, I had the cover on the tub, and after appropriate amounts of caution, he jumped up on the cover and enjoyed a leisurely stroll. But later, I had the cover off, and he just jumped right up over the ledge of the tub and into the water. Probably thought the cover was on it.
