Mine: 250g dried fruit + 2tbsp chia seeds overnight in 300ml tea mix (2 tea bags, 1 mulled wine bag brewed for 10 minutes), 250g wholemeal plain, 1tsp baking powder, 125g soft dark brown sugar, 2tsp mixed spice. Sifted. ~200ml soy milk (thick batter consistency). 1hr - 1h15 @ 180

That sounds somewhat more dense than mine. The approach of chia seeds is interesting.

Yes, squidgy and very moist. Stick still needs to come out clean though to be "done".

Yeah I was aiming more at "bread, but spiced and with a bit of fruit" but yours sounds lovely.
