Mine: 250g dried fruit + 2tbsp chia seeds overnight in 300ml tea mix (2 tea bags, 1 mulled wine bag brewed for 10 minutes), 250g wholemeal plain, 1tsp baking powder, 125g soft dark brown sugar, 2tsp mixed spice. Sifted. ~200ml soy milk (thick batter consistency). 1hr - 1h15 @ 180
