"Every life has a different value" yeah given slightly different metrics where do you think people who can't function without expensive medical prosthesis fall on that value scale

Me: basically useful member of society Also me: terrified every time my glasses fall onto the floor overnight because I am literally unable to function without them

It me! Though with my glasses I could function well enough to get to an optician for the most part. Without my inhalers, I'm minutes/hours from death with the risk of being unable to do anything to signal for help to solve that. I'd like to think I'm useful though?

One of the things which depresses me / makes me anxious these days is the fact that despite hating them and most of what they do, I benefit from the tories because I'm in that demographic. Ugh :(
