Does anyone have any recommendations for a single-port IP KVM that isn't absolute garbage? It's tricky to search for because "IP KVM" seems to match a load of two-box KVM-over-Cat5 but that's of no use to me.

That is precisely the thing I don't want. That's KVM-over-Cat5, not over IP. An IP KVM would be one box.
