We already knew this! I just don't think that the taxation of a product defines the product. See pringles for example, they are considered crisps in some countries and non-crisps snacks in others depending what tax is lower ๐Ÿ˜‰ stop listening to *the* man and listen to intuition!

(not the man from the video, I mean the people who make the rules). Jaffa cakes are biscuits because if you give them to someone who doesn't know what a Jaffa cake is they would think you're offering them biscuits! If someone offers me cake and comes with that I'd be like???wtf

Depends on many things. Some chocolate bars are made with biscuits and we don't just call them biscuits? Like a twix. I'm not saying it has an easy solution
