We already knew this! I just don't think that the taxation of a product defines the product. See pringles for example, they are considered crisps in some countries and non-crisps snacks in others depending what tax is lower 😉 stop listening to *the* man and listen to intuition!

(not the man from the video, I mean the people who make the rules). Jaffa cakes are biscuits because if you give them to someone who doesn't know what a Jaffa cake is they would think you're offering them biscuits! If someone offers me cake and comes with that I'd be like???wtf
