Now that @zoom_us is everywhere, I desperately need to figure out how to turn off the awful "Mini Window" thing. When minimized (or randomly when I switch virtual desktops), Zoom gets rid of the main window and show this floating thumbnail instead. How do I turn it off?!

that was one of the things which eventually led to me uninstalling zoom. If you find the answer, do share, please.

Yeah, sadly there aren't good alternatives for the particular feature set I'd like I don't think. They have a browser based client, but it's really limited (no gallery view for example), and introduces a lot of lag 😔

I'm terrified of when I get forced onto Wayland and lose all my xmonad finger memory

There are some decent-looking Wayland tiling window managers, and hopefully I'll be able to port over the necessary hotkeys 😅 My biggest concern is actually Wayland support for @OBSProject, since I need that for my streams! There are patches in the works, but nothing final yet.
