Asked for an afternoon appointment, @virginmedia decided to send two conflicting text messages simultaneously to the wrong phone number. Looks like we'll have to be up early just in case. If only Virgin worked in telecommunications, this simple mistake might have been avoided.

One day, *one day* They'll actually do what we ask when we ask, and our situation will be resolved with minimum fuss and cost on both sides. Until then, they'll continue to waste their money, our time, and our mental health resources.
