I ran the Bolton Bauble 10k trail with Phil and @reiterative and it was hard. Final time was 1:18:49. Before and after pics included. I only fell over five times.

Have you picked up cross country shoes yet? They seem to have saved @kianryan from falling over in the mud doing xc this last couple of months.

no that was in my one set of outdoor shoes. I need trail shoes before I do the Chocathlon
