Yeah this was my first United experience just earlier this week. Iโ€™ve flown Southwest almost always, and never had fitting problems. I sat like this for 4 hours, and had a hurt back for the first 3 days of my conference trip

it's just horrific. I'm lucky that out flight is into Europe (for the next few weeks at least) so I should get compensation.
