Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is kicking our butts this year. We feel like dung. Is anyone else feeling this?

Best remedy I've found is getting out and about at lunchtime -- go for a walk, or a run, or just sit outside and read a book for a bit -- remind yourself that it's still daylight sometimes :D
