Sometimes I have actual issues to report to open source projects, ones that I can reproduce and even know why they happen, but my anxiety stops me from clicking that "Create Issue" button because I'm scared that I don't even know what will happen

one thing we discussed yesterday at rustfest was how we might lower the barrier for people to report issues. I'll add a note to our writeup about social anxiety too. Thanks.
