I can do it, I just choose not to ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Iโ€™d rather do it in the gym where I can collapse into a jacuzzi or sauna aftetward

I get overheated but I have a bottle of water and the treadmill has a (somewhat wimpy) fan. Plus sometimes Iโ€™ll go for a swim after to cool down
