Tasted it too! Just a bit of heat and spice, perfect. Raw red cabbage, pak Choi, bean sprouts, kimchi and warm soba noodles folded through, sesame and hemp seeds toasted in pan scattered on top. (I added the fish).

I think maybe mackerel - have another so will check the label. (I did not prep and stuff the fish, haha, it was a jolly lovely shortcut π)

But, then again, I am used to seeing Mackerel just out of the sea so the stripes are very pronounced and fade over time so I'm prepared to be proven wrong π

Bass is tasty indeed. I'm also rather partial to bream.
