One thing which helps me see that I am slowly having my body adapt to running is that my distance per workout goes up because my speed goes up. The other is that my average heart rate drops too. Fascinating to see the effects of adaption so clearly in the data.

Right now I'm mostly just not hating it quite as much. I'm only 5 weeks in, so I don't expect much for the next while.
