While a single data point is never to be taken as gospel, and while I was heavier over the weekend (I blame kebab and subway) both Friday and this morning I was sub 100kg. I think this eat less and exercise more thing might be working.

For those following along at home, this mornings reading suggests a total weight drop of 41.7kg or 6st8lb
