Yesterday I had 90g of kale as part of my dinner. All last night I was burping, and this morning I'm farting like a trooper. Kale is hilarious.

Try leave fresh chopped kale in olive oil mince garlic n fresh lemon juice n a small bit of crumbled salt flakes - have a few handfuls worth with fresh fish tis yummy

It is, a mate in the states got me hooked on it in 2004 long before hipsters even knew what kale is/was. I tend to make a huge tub as it keeps in the fridge a few days once made
