I feel so horrible because I couldn't sleep but the person next to me on the bus is wearing LGBT rainbow chucks and so that at least cheers me up a bit

Do you consume much caffeine? I've had to stop having caffeine beyond about 6pm or I don't sleep well. I've also had to stop eating anything after 8pm :( But then I'm also super-old :/
