Quite irritated by @IECStandards #IEC61508 licence. Paid more than $3000. Can't put the content on a network. Can't make a PDF available to my team. So we have to read it serially, one person at a time. WTAF. No wonder most software engineers have never heard of this document.

I'm considering setting up a single-login service on the internet, so one person in the world can read our copy at a time, forever. Is that the kind of solution you meant?
