They do know how to make exceedingly large plates of food though. So you're doing well. I've lost a similar amount over the past six or seven weeks too. Twinsies!

Iβm working on a simple calorie deficit plan. Strict logging of calories in with myfitnesspal, and bonus out with a fitbit. Net target is 1500 a day. Nothing banned.

Similar to what I'm up to. I'm aiming at 1800kcal/day because I'm fatter than you are right now, I imagine :-)

Thanks :-) I realise I've turned into one of those monsters who is constantly counting their calories and knows far too much about how the hormone balance would be affected by deviating from their mealplan, but it's working for me at least :-D
