Could you use lulu.com or a similar service?

I use a german online self-publisher that was, in all the comparisons and ratings I checked, the best one, but they take 150โฌ to get it published.
So yea. I'm already doing that.

I've used lulu.com before, for making small-run manuals for software. They're usually quite good.
