1 problem with plug-in hybrids charging on public roads is the cable being left on/across the footpath & kerb side. This is the charging bay outside of @transportgovuk, surely this needs to be rectified @CityWestminster, an accident waiting to happen! @RNIB_campaigns @gdcampaigns

The driver of that Leaf (note, not a plug in hybrid) is at fault there. The bay they're in is not an EV bay.

Oh I can reason through why they did it, but they created a serious trip hazard.
