I wish people would think about how their hold music choices sound when pushed through a voice codec. @virginmedia you are making my ears cry.

(In the interest of balance: for the longest time @BTCare had funky sax hold music which was looped part way through a bar. Another musical atrocity to endure for anyone with a vague sense of rhythm.)
