I am excited for Tauri for this reason. If more products started using that model then things might be cheaper on my memory.
A colleague of mine recently framed this as an accessibility issue: people with less powerful computers are running out of RAM because of electron.
I already have so bloody many electron apps - I dread to think how many non-shared chrome-engines there are kicking around in my RAM :(

Typically I think of "//" as "for the implementor" and "///" as "for the consumer" so I'd be sad if that distinction were lost.

We use smokeping at home so we can berate @virginmedia when our Internet connection goes wonky. I'm happy to beta-test anything you come up with :D

Yeah that should be fairly easy to trace through providing your schematic author isn't a psychopath who leaves nets dangling mid-sheet
Schematics are pretty easy to grok once you have the conventions solid in your head - datasheets on the other hand - oooft.
