I just spent several minutes frantically searching my hotel room for my headphones. Dejected sat down on the bed, lamenting how I'd likely lost them at the gym, then perked up as an excellent tune started playing on my ears on the headphones I'd been listening to the whole time.

At a #buildstream conference in London this week, @codethink admin staff amazing and booked me a hotel near a @jetts247 branch. Said branch made me feel at home, which means that despite being in London rathe than Manchester, I still got my workout.

Gym in the morning -> I am hungry all sodding day :( Every talk of food is another stab in the guts :(
While a single data point is never to be taken as gospel, and while I was heavier over the weekend (I blame kebab and subway) both Friday and this morning I was sub 100kg. I think this eat less and exercise more thing might be working.
