I actually got about 30% through writing a replacement `cd` until I realised I wanted to track things like which action you did last so that `cd -` would do `git branch -` iff. appropriate. Ugh, NO, I'm not writing this. NO. :-P

I've begun to prepare a once-a-week series of workshops to introduce @rustlang to my colleagues. If anyone knows of some good resources for doing this when the audience is all experienced programmers with a range of C/Java/Python backgrounds I'd appreciate some pointers.
