I have to actively fight against that here. Those who "walk over and talk to someone" often fail to share the results around the team's other members. Emails on a mailing list do that automatically. I understand f2f bandwidth is higher, but it's a major issue in split teams.

You are lucky to be able to do that. I find it impossible to both participate in a discussion *and* take notes. I can do one or the other.

Aah, fair enough. So you'd need to develop a wrapper class, or else a class of 'Functools' full of static methods I guess
