We thought our luggage was lost on the trip back from Lisbon to Manchester (incl. my mother-in-law's old-person walker thingy) fortunately they found it an hour or so later/

Welcome to why a lot of people are abandoning the larger social media providers, and why Governments continue to try, and fail, to control them.
Facebook, Twitter, etc have very unusual policies, and if you don't report in exactly the right way, they refuse to deal with real issues, preferring to ban legitimate users whose detractors know how to game the system :/
