Yubikeys are good, but be sure to keep a good backup of your recovery codes. I use a yubikey to unlock my laptop. Passwords are in my safe.

I'm also unusual in that I'm involved with cybersecurity as more than a hobby; and I spend a lot of time working on/with trust and safety.
Fixing issues quickly is good. I'm not fearmongering, I'm just concerned. *I* haven't found a lastpass like thing which I feel I can trust.
Tell him that, as a director of communications, he needs to get rid of that crappy crappy unenforceable ugly mail footer :-)
