If I honestly thought we could reliably work there, I'd be considering an effort to convince @rjek we should mvoe to S. Korea :-/
Wondering if now might be a good time to move somewhere less crazy than the UK. North Korea perhaps?

I have @rjek's complaining to go on, he may be able to point at more concrete information.
It's also a horrid horrid system and *NOT* RFC compliant which make sit a pain to interact with at an SMTP level.
