@cawhitworth :-( I had that the first time I had a hygienist visit. I had recommended to me to drink lots of COLD water. Seems to do it.
@cawhitworth What on earth did the hygienist do? Any "discomfort" from my visits normally dissipate within an hour or so.

@ShunraCat I'm too lazy to do the full style, given I make 5 to eight litres of kimchi at a time, it has to be the easy kimchi :-)

Five litres (6 heads) of Easy Kimchi (as per @maangchi) made and put into a box to start to ferment. Tired now.
