@takkaria Mandatory voting with a legitimate way to say "all these options suck, give me new ones" seems a better way to ask for improvement
@takkaria I fear low turnouts are less about "I won't vote, it's rotten" and more "I cannot be arsed to vote".
@takkaria I'd also accept mandatory voting so long as there was a 'none of the above' option on all ballot papers.
