@markhymers My current 'treat' item is balsamic vinegar rice cakes. Most nom and only around 40kcal each so I'm allowed a couple a day.

Today I tried tweetdeck since the nitter.vloup.ch site annoyed me. It lasted all of 45 seconds before I gave up and came back to the site. :-(
