Oops, I did it again - Kale, broccoli, and cauliflower steamed/fried with gochujang and doenjang, and some chopped up kimchi courtesy of @maangchi. So delicious and such pretty colours on the plate.
Another 2 months, another approx 10kg down. I am so happy about this. Effectively 3+ stone lost since I started this effort.
I've also joined a gym, so here's hoping I can keep up the loss through the winter, my traditional NOM ALL THE THINGS time of the year.
This is Caerfai Bay. I used to spend a lot of time down on the beach there when I was a kid, reading books perched on the top of some of the rocks, or swimming when the tide was in. I really do love this part of the world.
