That was fun, we managed two Subplot issues, one of which needed a run into the gnarly underbelly of the Debug formatter; and we did a draft of a fix for a rustup issue.

We managed to get a disk based AC working, and then remote AC and remote CAS working. Finally we added LRU support to our memory caches. it was much fun.

Thanks again to @ColdrickSotK for helping me with my CAS/REAPI stream - we managed, in about 2.5h, to implement a basic CAS capabilities server, ByteStream server, and enough of the CAS for my batch uploader and tree walker to function against the server. I'm pleased.
