On that map, I'd probably rank Florida as the 7th-best state. (Also behind North Dakota and Oklahoma, I think... though I'm not entirely sure if their definition of chocolate pie is what I'm thinking of.)
You won't often here me say this: in this case I think DC, New Mexico, and South Dakota have the best opinions, and Nebraska is pretty close.

You read a lot of hand-wringing articles about how city residents look down on rural america but Republican rhetoric is just a steady stream of contempt for Americans who live in cities with no comparable response from pols who represent those cities
