So looking at the SamTransit map of the peninsula, I don't think SB827 would trigger quite as much development there as I originally thought. Caltrain stations get upzoned, as does El Camino Real, but aside from that, there aren't as many 15-min bus corridors as I thought

Santa Clara VTA should be better. All VTA light rail lines (900, 901, 902) should count, and VTA buses that should count should be roughly: 10, 22/522, 23, 25, 60 (maybe), 64 (maybe), 66, 68 (!), 70, 71, 72, 73, 77, 181, 201, and almost the 323.
