I am so fucking tired of US and Canadian airlines landing a plane and having it sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting for a gate.

Today it's @united. It's been others, but it's much rarer in Europe or Asia.

The definition of an on time arrival should be when the first passenger walks into the terminal building. Then they'd care.

At least in Europe it's time the door opens, at least as far as compensation goes.

Well I think @lufthansa owes me €600 for yesterday, so I'll get to see how that compensation system works...

Expect them to either pay out near instantly or near the deadline, never heard of anything else happening, and don't know how LH fair.
