I am so fucking tired of US and Canadian airlines landing a plane and having it sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting for a gate.

The definition of an on time arrival should be when the first passenger walks into the terminal building. Then they'd care.

Though there should also be a constraint for baggage delivery for a flight to count as arriving at a specific time.

Well I think @lufthansa owes me €600 for yesterday, so I'll get to see how that compensation system works...
